In the case of a damaged item, we ask that you return/mail the damaged product to our Mailing Address (2875 S Orange Ave, SUITE 6291, Orlando, FL 32806), and we will re-ship you a replacement. We will also reimburse any shipping charges you may have occurred during the return process.
